Your space. Your scope.
Move from the project to the next chapter.
- Share the type of project, its current stage and the areas needing cleanup.
- Include your preferred timing and any site-access considerations.
- Confirm tasks, site readiness and availability before booking. Hazardous-material assessment, removal and remediation are excluded. Identify debris-handling needs and non-routine tasks so JLV can determine whether the proposed scope can be accepted.

Describe the project before setting the cleaning date
Share the project location, approximate area, current stage and rooms needing attention. Identify remaining trades and deliveries, new finishes and your target handoff date. If part of the property is occupied, explain how the active work area is separated from the business areas.
Confirm the work behind each phase
Rough cleanup, final cleaning and touch-up can describe different tasks. Ask which surfaces and rooms are included, what site conditions are assumed and how any return visit will be arranged. Confirm waste handling, debris removal and construction residue separately rather than assuming they are part of every quote.
- Name the project contact who can confirm room readiness.
- Provide relevant installer or manufacturer cleaning instructions.
- Identify known hazards and who is responsible for assessing them.
- Confirm lighting, utilities and safe access for the agreed work.
- Agree how a schedule change or additional task will be approved.
Hazardous-material assessment, removal, remediation and clearance certification are excluded. Routine surface cleaning is not a construction inspection. Confirm site readiness and the final service scope before work begins.
Start with your city, the service you need and one way to reach you. Add size, timing and access information if you know it. It is fine to leave an uncertain detail for the scope conversation. A quote request does not confirm a booking.

When should I contact JLV about a construction cleanup?
Contact JLV when you can describe the project, the cleanup needed and your target timing. Availability and the final scope will be discussed with you.
What information helps with a post-construction quote?
The form requires your name, one email address or phone number, property city and service. Project type, approximate size, areas needing attention and preferred timing are optional details. The request does not confirm a booking or schedule.
